Minimum $180.00 —for first 2 hours, and $70.00 per hour (beginning March 9, 2008)
thereafter, plus the cost of materials due upon completion of job.

Weekly progress billing required on jobs longer than a week.

For work outside the city of San Francisco, I also charge for my travel time and $ .38 per mile.
